Purchasing An Air Conditioner

Although there aren't as many options as furnaces, it can still be confusing when choosing an air conditioner. With many years in the business, having sold a variety of brands over that timespan and consistently servicing all makes & models, we have narrowed down your search to our most trusted manufacturers:

Central Air Conditioning Systems

  • Both manufacturers have different collections of condensers & coils depending on your specific wants, needs & requirements

  • Both manufacturers develop top quality, reliable equipment

  • Both manufacturers offer 10 year warranty on parts:

    • 5 years with the manufacturer

    • 5 additional years when the equipment is registered

How do you register your equipment you ask?

We do it for you! You don't have to do a thing. If you buy a Lennox or Armstrong condenser & coil, our team will ensure you are receiving the full 10 year warranty on parts, registered in your name.

What about the labour?

Good question. Sipco offers 1 year warranty on all labour associated with installations completed by us and not compromised in that period by the work of any other company.

Ductless Air Conditioning Systems

  • Deliver cooling without the need for any ductwork

  • Designed with a small footprint to maximize your space

  • Designed with a neutral colour to match any decor

When providing you with a quote for an air conditioning system replacement, options are always given. We are focused on providing our customers with a system we feel confident will meet their expectations without pushing for top of the line equipment from expensive brands. At the same time, we do believe the HVAC industry is not one where low prices and short cuts pay out in the long run.
